By using Siesta24 you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

Siesta24 is a collaborative, location-based platform that lets users report the location of vending machines for coffee, snacks, and drinks, and view their price lists and accepted payment methods. The service is provided free of charge and 'as is'.

You are responsible for the content you publish. In particular, you agree to:

• Report only vending machines that actually exist and in the indicated locations
• Not publish false, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Respect the privacy of others and not enter third-party personal data without consent

It is forbidden to use Siesta24 for illegal purposes, to submit false or misleading reports, to attempt to compromise the security of the app, or to collect data in an automated way (scraping).

Siesta24 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or updating of information entered by users. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of information in the app, nor for transactions between users and vending machine operators.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the last-updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of them.
